Order Processing
Our shipping team works fast to fulfill all orders. We cannot guarantee that changes can be made to orders after they have been placed. Our order processing time of 1-2 business days excludes weekends and holidays.
All shipping labels are printed quickly to prepare your order in the queue for picking and packaging. Once your order ships you will receive an email confirmation that will have the tracking information as well.
Due to the high volume of packages that our shipping carriers are handling (especially during holidays), tracking updates and deliveries may be delayed. All orders are processed in the order that they are received.
Once a package is shipped, our team doesn’t have any information beyond what is shown on the carrier tracking.

U.S. Ground Shipping
For all orders below $50, shipping will be a flat rate on all orders.
For all orders of $50 or more (not including gift cards), customers receive FREE ground shipping.

When will my order ship?
Orders are typically shipped within 1-2 business days. Please keep in mind that during and immediately following sales it may take longer to process your order due to the volume of orders received.
Orders placed within a short period of time that are going to the same address may be shipped together. You will receive an email with tracking information when items are shipped!
What is my order status?
